Henry Mauriss
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mauriss is the Chairman and Co-Managing Member of the Company. He has more than 19 years of experience in the credit card, debt collection and consumer management industries.

Prior to co-founding Power Station, Mr. Mauriss founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a MasterCard™ platform branded as Liberty Advantage, a debt management and credit card company. Mr. Mauriss sold Liberty Advantage in March 2004.

Before founding Liberty Advantage, Mr. Mauriss was President of Credit America LLC, a specialty finance company he sold to Heartland Bank in 1999. Mr. Mauriss' additional experiences include his acquisition, development and sale of two collection agencies: Allied Collection Corporation, based in San Francisco, California, and American Coradius, Inc. in Amherst, New York.

Mr. Mauriss has founded, acquired and managed debt collection firms that have served many of the nation's largest banking and credit card companies including, among others: Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank, Marine Midland Bank, Bank of New York, Citibank, Household Credit Services and American Express.
