Karen Cozakas
Director Program Management

Ms. Cozakas serves as the Director of Program Management for the Company. She brings more than 25 years of technology, management and process experience gained in large scale information processing systems.

Prior to joining Power Station, Ms. Cozakas served as Director of Information Technology for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 50 company. She has a substantial background in managing and understanding technical environments. Ms. Cozakas provides a wealth of experience in initiating and stabilizing technical environments by providing a solid process infrastructure.

She has experience with analysis of legal contract language to ensure contract compliance, review of language to mitigate risk and research of utilization contract vehicles. She is well versed in the management of project timelines.

Ms. Cozakas has been responsible for cross-national matrix teams which provided technical support to Fortune 10 companies. She was responsible for infrastructure systems supporting $38 billion in annual sales. She has extensive project management skills. She also managed a $3 million, 3-year project involving upgrading infrastructure technology in 22 national distribution centers.

Ms. Cozakas also had lead responsibility for implementation of Capability Maturity Model initiatives. She familiarized team members with key CMM practices, organized and taught Level 2 training classes to familiarize staff with the CMM structure, implemented key practices, organizational goals, process evolution, ability requirements, stages, measurements and analysis. Completed Level 2 requirements in preparation for Level 3 attainment.

She is well versed in risk management matrix assessments and ongoing monitoring and control of risks within large scale implementations.

Ms. Cozakas enjoys charitable endeavors and participates in fund raising efforts in her spare time.
