Michael Cozakas
Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Cozakas serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Power Station LLC and is bringing more than 25 years of executive management expertise to the Company.

Mr. Cozakas has been both an entrepreneur and a corporate executive with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Cozakas, Co-Founded and was the Chief Executive Officer of VIP Ltd., Inc. VIP was a Premier IBM Business Partner with IBM Software Group, which obtained over 30 technical certifications. VIP was an IBM Top Contributor, and held numerous strategic IBM contracts with IBM Global Services, IBM Industry Segment Units and IBM Software Group. Mr. Cozakas is a recognized expert in how to do business with IBM effectively. His political contacts and Executive relationships allow Mr. Cozakas to understand the IBM process and metrics, and help companies to leverage IBM as an effective channel. VIP was also a strategic partner with IBM Global Services, holding a formal contractual relationship with IGS. VIP and IBM provided solutions for banking finance and securities industries as well as insurance, public sector, health care, transportation and entertainment.

In 1995 VIP developed a suite of products with IBM known as IBM Content Manager. VIP entered into a strategic agreement with IBM, wherein IBM obtained the marketing rights for VIP's products and released the products world wide on a revenue sharing contract. IBM and VIP jointly modified, enhanced and supported the products through the lifecycle of the contract. In October 2001, IBM purchased the products from VIP in an, all cash transaction which, allowed the co-founders to retire.

Prior to 1991 Mr. Cozakas was an Executive with Network Solutions and OAO. He was also the Founder and CEO of National Micro Systems and California Baseline Systems.

Mr. Cozakas has also provided strategic consulting services to several corporations that were desirous of entering into a strategic business relationship with IBM. Some of the Companies that Mr. Cozakas has consulted with are as follows:

Former Industry activities:

  1. Mr. Cozakas was featured on the cover of Business Systems Magazine in the June 1996 issue.
  2. Mr. Cozakas was featured in the live IBM worldwide millennium broadcast for software.
  3. Mr. Cozakas has served on the IBM Data Advisory Board.
  4. Mr. Cozakas served on the IBM Business Partner Council
  5. Mr. Cozakas served a term as the Secretary of the VAR Council for AIIM.

Mr. Cozakas is the founder of Eagles Heart Group Ministry, which funds and administers several ministries on a world wide basis. In order to further his charitable activities, Mr. Cozakas is also the Chief Operations Officer of the International Christian Wealth Builders Foundation and Institute and directly reports to Apostle John P. Kelly.
