Each PowerPort has a 24/7 Customer Service support line via a handset physically located on the unit. The systems are regularly cleaned and maintained either by our DBE partner with a national presence or a local firm recommended by the Airport Authority.

Security
All data, including Internet session temporary files, are wiped clean from the stations including laptop rentals once a user ends their session. All PowerPort stations have state-of-the-art, FBI class, fingerprint readers which are in compliance with Department of Transportation TSA regulations. A fingerprint is required to use the charging vaults
or rent a laptop at all airport locations.
